Pastor Bertha CruzSein is a native of Florida. 
Devoted to the vision of Equipping Center International Church, Eustis, FL, Pastor Bertha assists and serves with her husband, Dr. Angelo R. CruzSein, II, performing a variety of duties to assure that his God-given mandate is carried out. God has allowed her to prepare both spiritually and academically to carry out His purposes.
→ In all of her endeavors, Pastor Bertha exhibits a deep and unrelenting commitment to God and His vision for all people.
→ She is an ordained minister and anointed woman of God that is on an assignment to mentor and minister to all of God’s people. In obedience to her call Pastor Bertha is committed to equipping people for kingdom living. In response to this commitment, L.I.F.T. (Ladies In Faith Together), W.O.W. (Women of Worth, Word & Wisdom) Annual Weekend Retreat was birthed under her Leadership. She has a heart for women, these ministries influence and motivate women to become all that God has created them to be.
→ As the president and founder of Sisters-By-Grace, Inc., a community women’s ministry of 22 years. She focuses on helping women come to a full understanding of who they are in Christ.
→ She is known for her bold enriching impartation of God’s word. She passionately teaches the uncompromising word of God in a simple, scripture manner, inspiring and challenging the hearer to be doers of the word and not hearers only. She is passionate about sharing the love of Christ in the trenches of people’s lives.
→ For 25 years, Pastor Bertha has ministered to families of brokenness who are coping with life limiting illnesses with emotional and spiritual support as a Cornerstone Hospice Chaplain for palliative care and bereavement in Tavares, FL.
→ Pastor Bertha is the epitome of what we want Christian Leaders to be today, living her life so that others may simply live. She is a constant reminder that God wants all leaders to serve His people and to do so willingly with a spirit of excellence. One of her favorite scriptures is found in Jeremiah 29:11, “I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”. God’s plan guarantees victory every time. We are more than conquerors. We win!
